Gran's obit

I'm going to just post her obit and a status from a cousin that is very nicely put and captures my Gran to a tee!  :)  She was a one of a kind woman and she will be greatly missed.   "Glad to know someone that was always kind and showed love and appreciation to everyone they met. And told me that if i didn't believe in God that they would pray for plagues to come down and show me He is real. Fantastic woman"  ~ JC Thompson This quote captures her especially the first part because I believe she truly loved everyone she met and showed no judgment or hated.  She took everyone as they were  and loved them all the same.  I pray that I can take on that quality and show love to everyone I meet.   Attached is her obit.     http://www.chattanoogan.com/2012/5/30/227260/Paulhamus-Stella-Beatrice.aspx

May in a nutshell...

I have sat down many times over the last few weeks to write something and have come away with nothing.  I have no words.  I'm not even sure where to begin. BUT.....Let's see.... Life has been overwhelming...to say the least but o so fun.  It is often said, "the Lord won't give you more than you can handle."  I suppose that's true, however, I think we have hit our limit.  But what do I know. Kraig and I got the opportunity to go to the Grand Ole Opry last week.  They were doing a special for Memorial Day so they were recognizing our military so my Dad was able to get us tickets so Kraig and I stowed away for a great date night in Nashville.  :)  We had a blast listening to music and being a part of honoring our troops that do so much for our country.  It was a great time together. We are nearing the end of our pregnancy.  I'm right at 35 weeks and feel like a whale.  So, needless to say, I'm ready for Rett to be here.  T...

What to do when you can't "nest"???

Hmmm...that's a hard question to answer.  Well, since we are in the process of buying a house, we have put off    procrastinated putting Rett's room together. Some of that is strictly procrastination on my part (I'll admit) because I HATE making decisions and I don't know what to do with his room.  However, since the impending house purchase is upon us, I decided to wait until we moved to put his room together anyways...PERFECT TIMING, RIGHT!!  :) So, what do I do when I want to nest, clean and organize and have no where to do it?!                   I organize all of Rett's clothes.  I have packed parts of the house.  (We haven't even closed on the house and I pretty much have 40% of the house packed up)  It's in piles and boxes all around the house.  We have a maze from our front door to the kitchen.  :)   I clean the kitchen a lot, well....that's a lie. ...
